Community for Everyone

Cornerstone is a community helping people make sense of the world.

·      We celebrate together

·      Support one another

·      Reach out to those around us

·      Share our resources for good

We do it all because we love Jesus, and we’re humbled and inspired by the sacrifice He made for the whole world.

A COMMUNITY TO BELONG TO

Cornerstone isn’t just a place you go and it isn’t a club you join – it’s a community you belong to.

People often refer to community as though it is the area you live in. People you might see come and go. For us, community is about the people you live with – and the everyday effort we make to support each other in any and every way we can.

We celebrate each other’s achievements and support each other in our losses. We reach out to the people round about us and put our resources into helping our neighbourhood. Together, we search for the real truths on which we can build our lives. And we do it all because we love Jesus, and we’re humbled and inspired by the sacrifice He made for the whole world.

We’d love you to join us. There’s no barrier to entry. There’s no special qualifications required. Christians, atheists, agnostics and the curious will all be given a warm welcome, a hot drink, and a chance to be a part of something that makes sense of the world.

Our services are held in the Old Schoolhouse on Morningside Road. We love this historic old building and consider it a massive privilege to be able to care for this building and maintain as an asset for the use of the wider community.
