Call to Worship
Llamado a la adoración
Leader: “Come, let us return to the Lord. Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth.”
All: For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgement of God rather than burnt offerings.

Confession: God of mercy, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done and what we have failed to do. We have not loved you with all our heart; we have not loved our neighbour as ourselves. We humbly and sincerely repent. For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us; that we may rejoice in what you desire, and we will walk in your ways, for the glory of your Name. Amen.
Assurance: Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
